# My Look operator avatar choices

Choose your operator avatar's appearance from the looks available to your account and website.

## What it is

**My Look** lets you choose your operator avatar's appearance. You can preview available styles and save the ones you want. Website uniforms, team restrictions and seasonal themes can limit the choices.

## Who uses it and why

- Operators choose a recognisable appearance for their avatar.
- Users with the **Settings** role manage permitted operator imagery and ask Powerfront to prepare shared branding or custom looks.

## Where to find it

Open **Settings › Account › My Account**, then **My Look**. The **Settings** role grants access to the separate **Face Image** and **Store Image** account controls.

Shared **Operator Uniform** and **Hair Mask** controls are in **Settings › Floor › Floor Settings** and are managed by Powerfront. **Settings › Floor › Custom Looks** is also Powerfront-managed. Ask Powerfront to change these for you.

## How it works

1. Open **My Look**.
2. Use the previous and next arrows for **Hair**, **Glasses**, **Eye Deco**, **Beard**, **Headwear**, **Accessories** and **Uniforms**.
3. Check the avatar preview.
4. Choose **Save** to apply your selections.

Unavailable or restricted items are skipped. Restrictions can depend on your role, team, website or active festive theme.

Where 3D avatars are configured and allowed, **Show 3D Avatar** switches the preview. **Shirt Color** and **Shirt Image** apply to the supported 3D shirt. A shared 3D uniform can override those personal shirt choices.

The colour swatches below the preview let you inspect different status colours. They do not save an availability change.

## Configure it

Save your appearance in **My Look**. Use **Show 3D Avatars** under **More Settings** in **My Account** to allow configured chat avatars. Selecting **Low** for **Limit FPS** prevents the operator 3D display.

Users with the **Settings** role can use permitted **Face Image** and **Store Image** controls separately. These images are not the same as choosing hair, glasses or accessories.

Ask Powerfront to add custom looks, change a shared **Operator Uniform** or change the shared **Hair Mask**. Adding a custom item and choosing an existing item are separate tasks.

## Limits and good to know

- The 2D and 3D versions of a look may differ. Not every item has a direct 3D equivalent.
- Website branding can override parts of your personal appearance.
- Seasonal items can disappear when their festive theme is no longer active.
- A previously saved item that is no longer permitted can be cleared from your look.
- The 3D preview needs website enablement, a permitted operator preference and a compatible performance setting.

## FAQ and troubleshooting

### Why can I not choose an item another operator has?

Its availability may depend on role, team, website or festive theme. Custom items can also be limited to particular groups.

### Why did my shirt choice not change the 3D avatar?

A shared 3D uniform can override personal shirt colour and imagery. Ask Powerfront to review the website uniform if needed.

### Why is Show 3D Avatar missing?

The website may not have 3D avatars enabled, your operator preference may be off, or **Limit FPS** may be **Low**.

### Did selecting a green preview make me available?

No. Preview colour swatches only change the preview. Use **Status** to change availability.

### How do I add a branded hat or uniform?

Ask Powerfront to prepare the custom look or shared uniform. You can then choose permitted items through **My Look**.
