# Business Feed and Academy reports

Review business-feed topic use and managers' transcript comments, with company activity available in older reporting.

*Release 3.3 · admin, operator, supervisor*

**Reports › General › Business Feed - Operator** · **Reports › General › Business Feed - Summary** · **Reports › General › Academy Summary** · **Reports › General › Academy Details**

## What it is

**Business Feed** reports show how often operators use feed topics. **Academy** reports show managers' comments on chat transcripts and whether operators have acknowledged them. Company visit and sales reports also remain available in the older reporting version.

## Who uses it and why

- Supervisors review topic usage and follow up on unread coaching comments.
- Operators with **Reports** access inspect the coaching information available to their account.
- Administrators check reporting access and ask Powerfront about older company reporting.

## Where to find it

Open **Reports › General**, then choose **Business Feed - Operator**, **Business Feed - Summary**, **Academy Summary** or **Academy Details**. You need the **Reports** role.

Company reports belong to the older reporting version. Ask Powerfront about access to **Company › Summary** and **Company › Visits** for your website; they are not listed in the current **General** menu.

## How it works

1. Choose the website and date range, then select a report.
2. Set the filters available for that report and select **Apply Filters**.
3. Use a summary to locate the operator or activity that needs attention, then open the relevant detail.

| Report | What it shows |
|---|---|
| **Business Feed - Operator** | Operator identifier and name, topic name and **Total Sent**, counting topic use. Available filters include location, subsite, team and operator. |
| **Business Feed - Summary** | Topics as rows and dates as columns, showing daily usage and totals. Location, subsite and team filters narrow the selection. |
| **Academy Summary** | Each recipient operator's **Comments** and **Acknowledged** counts for the selected comment period. |
| **Academy Details** | Operator, **Chat ID**, **Chat Message**, **Manager's Comment**, **Comment Time** and **Status**. Filter by operator and acknowledgement status. |

In **Academy Details**, select **Chat ID** to open the transcript with the manager's comments. The acknowledgement choices distinguish **Acknowledged** and **Unacknowledged** comments.

The older **Company › Summary** includes company and visitor information, visit dates, visits, sales and revenue. **Company › Visits** summarises visits associated with companies.

## Configure it

Use the report filters to choose the period and scope. These reports do not create feed topics or coaching comments. Topic activity comes from **Business Feed**; managers' transcript comments and operator acknowledgements come from **Academy**.

Ask someone with the **Settings** or **Manager** role to check the **Reports** role at **Settings › Account › Operators** if reporting is missing. Powerfront can advise on older company-report access.

## Limits and good to know

- **Business Feed - Summary** accepts a date range of at most 31 days. Use shorter periods for a longer review.
- Feed counts measure topic use, rather than unique customers or successful sales.
- Academy dates select when managers left comments. They do not necessarily match when the underlying chat began.
- Academy acknowledgement shows that a comment was read. These reports do not record course completion or a quality score.
- Deleted message or comment content can appear as **[Deleted]** in Academy detail.
- Company associations describe recorded visitor context; they do not establish a visitor's employer.

## FAQ and troubleshooting

### Why is Business Feed - Summary rejecting my dates?

Its range cannot exceed 31 days. Split the review into shorter periods.

### What does Acknowledged mean?

The operator has read the Academy comment. It is an acknowledgement measure, rather than a training result.

### Why is a chat from an earlier period in Academy Details?

The report period uses the manager's comment time. The comment can be later than the chat itself.

### Where are quality scores and operator feedback?

Use **AI Scoring Performance** for score tables or **Operator QA** for the coaching dashboard. Academy comment reports cover a separate review activity.

### Why can I not find Company reports in General?

They are retained in the older reporting version. Ask Powerfront about the appropriate access for your website.
