Stats Bar and My Stats

What it is

The Stats Bar keeps selected live indicators visible on the floor. My Stats shows your own performance information in a separate panel or window. They help you check traffic, workload and results while staying in the console.

Who uses it and why

• Operators use My Stats for personal results and the statistics bar for current workload.
• Supervisors choose indicators that help them monitor channels and queues.
• Administrators manage roles and, with the required combination of permissions, publish or enforce a shared statistics-bar layout.

Where to find it

The statistics bar appears along the floor when enabled. Use its configuration control to open Stats Bar Settings. Select My Stats in the top toolbar to open your personal figures; the side panel is headed My Statistics.

Your visibility preference is under Settings › Floor › Floor Settings. Powerfront manages Settings › General Settings › My Stats, headed Display in My Stats.

How it works

The bar can display visitor and device counts, basket totals, sales, chats, operators and queue information. Enabled email and voice capabilities add applicable indicators. Read each indicator's scope and period, such as channel, current or today, before comparing values.

Your saved indicator selection, order and colour normally take precedence over the website default. Without either saved layout, the initial bar selects channel visitor and device counts, channel basket value, and website sales value and count.

My Stats shows the personal measures enabled for your website. These can include chat counts for today, this week and this month, response and handling times, conversion, and enabled email, text, social or call counts. Other options include sales targets, sales and revenue, survey scores, conversation scores and time online or available. Missing-disposition indicators can link to conversations that still need a disposition.

Values update as live website, channel and operator statistics arrive. A display preference changes what you see; it does not change how the underlying measure is calculated.

Configure it

To change your bar, open Stats Bar Settings, select the indicators and colour, and select Save. Drag visible indicators to change their order. Use Show Stats Bar in the Local column of Floor Settings to show or hide it, then save.

With both Stats and Manager, you can use Save as Global Default to publish the layout for the website. This gives operators without a personal layout a starting point.

With Stats, Manager and Settings, you can also use Enforce Global Settings. This makes the website layout authoritative instead of each operator's saved layout. Coordinate this change with your team.

Powerfront can choose the Display in My Stats options for you. The initial options enable Chats Today, Emails Today, Time Available (Total) and Time Online (Total). Missing-disposition options also reflect the website's existing visibility choice. Older accounts can have a different saved layout. Ask Powerfront to change these options or the website's Default settings for floor visibility.

Limits and good to know

• Stats Bar access is required even if Show Stats Bar is on. My Stats has a separate Chat access condition.
• Channel indicators and full-website indicators can legitimately have different values.
• An enforced website layout overrides an operator's personal bar layout.
• Basket terminology follows the website's cart type and values use its configured currency.
• The desktop statistics bar described here is not the mobile statistics interface.
• Use reports with matching periods and definitions when checking historical results.

FAQ and troubleshooting

Why is the statistics bar missing?

Check Show Stats Bar and your Stats Bar role. A display switch cannot provide missing role access.

Why can I not find My Stats?

The toolbar entry is available to operators with Chat. Ask an administrator with Settings to check your roles.

Why did my chosen indicators change?

The website may have Enforce Global Settings enabled. The shared layout then takes precedence over your saved choices.

Why do my channel visitor numbers differ from website totals?

They cover different scopes. Check the label below each number before comparing them.

Can I choose which measures appear in My Stats?

Powerfront can change the website's Display in My Stats options for you. This is separate from choosing your statistics-bar indicators.
