INSIDE Store App for mobile
Use the native Store App to host the mobile console and connect incoming-work notifications to your device.
What it is
INSIDE Store is the native app that hosts the mobile operator console. It connects the console to device functions such as incoming-work notifications and app status. The INSIDE Store App download page offers Apple and Google store buttons.
Who uses it and why
- Operators use the app to work through the mobile console and receive available device notifications.
- Administrators with the Settings role manage operator app permissions and ask Powerfront to change website notification presentation.
Where to find it
Use the INSIDE Store App download page supplied for your INSIDE access. It has Apple and Google store links and a language selector.
In the app, open More › About to see INSIDE Store and the detected app version when available. A colleague with the Settings role manages operator permissions in Settings › Account › Operators.
How it works
- Open the download page, choose your device's store and install the app through that store.
- Open the app and sign in to your INSIDE account.
- Use the mobile floor, conversations and other screens allowed for your operator.
The console supplies your signed-in operator context and connection status to the app. It accepts device notification registration from the app and records whether the app is in the foreground or background. Returning to the foreground also refreshes the console layout.
Incoming broadcast work can use the app's native in-app notification presentation. When Enable In-App Broadcast Notifications for Store App is on, INSIDE suppresses the matching web popup in favour of the native presentation. The underlying offer still follows its acceptance and expiry rules.
The app can receive a duplicate-session disconnect notice when INSIDE's session rules require it. Native device functions are separate from the mobile browser experience.
Configure it
A colleague with the Settings role can review Store App permissions under Settings › Account › Operators. App Logging is an additional diagnostic permission; use it with Powerfront when investigating an app issue.
Powerfront can change Enable In-App Broadcast Notifications for Store App in Settings › General Settings › Admin for you. It is off when not set. Ask Powerfront to enable it if your app setup should use native in-app broadcast presentation.
Use More › About to collect the app version when reporting an issue. If a version is not shown, include that fact in your report to Powerfront.

Limits and good to know
- A mobile browser can use the mobile workspace without the native device functions provided by the app.
- The native in-app broadcast setting controls presentation inside the app. It does not by itself guarantee background push delivery.
- Notification registration and app version detection are separate. A displayed version does not prove that notifications are registered or working.
- Background and foreground behaviour also depends on the native app and device. There is no guaranteed background-delivery time described here.
- Store App permissions still control mobile screens and actions; installing the app does not grant additional operator access.

FAQ and troubleshooting
Where can I find the app version?
Open More › About. The version appears beneath INSIDE Store when INSIDE can detect it.
Why does a mobile browser behave differently from the app?
The browser uses the mobile console without the Store App's native device functions. Native notifications and ringtone controls need the app.
Why do incoming offers look different after a configuration change?
Powerfront may have enabled Enable In-App Broadcast Notifications for Store App. That changes the offer presentation from the web popup to the app's native in-app display.
Why do I have an app version but no notifications?
Version detection works separately from notification registration. Give Powerfront the version, device type and details of the missing offer so they can check the app and notification setup.
Why was the app disconnected after another sign-in?
Operator session rules can trigger a duplicate-session disconnect. Ask Powerfront to review the permitted session behaviour for your account.
