Reports Dashboard and business filters
View an embedded reporting dashboard for your permitted websites and filter it by month and business scope.
What it is
Reports Dashboard displays an external reporting dashboard inside INSIDE. It uses Amazon QuickSight and supplies your permitted website information to that service. You can select a month and the business filters available for your setup.
Who uses it and why
- Supervisors review dashboard summaries for the websites and teams they oversee.
- Administrators check business performance and arrange dashboard setup with Powerfront.
Where to find it
Select Reports Dashboard in the top navigation. It appears when the website has the dashboard configured and your account has both Reports and Reports Dashboard access.
Use Open In New Window if you want the dashboard in a separate window.
How it works
- Open Reports Dashboard.
- Select Website Name, Month and Currency.
- Choose Settings › Channel, Subsite and Team where offered.
- Select Apply Filters.
- Review the available dashboard sheets and charts.
When you open the dashboard, INSIDE checks the external reporting setup and synchronises your website access information. New or changed access can require processing before the dashboard loads. During that process, the page shows an access-processing message and retries automatically.
Team selection allows one team at a time. If your account has team restrictions and no team is selected, the dashboard uses the first permitted team.
Configure it
Ask Powerfront to configure the embedded dashboard and its Dashboard ID. Powerfront also manages the connection to the external reporting service.
Someone with the Settings or Manager role can review your Reports role and website access at Settings › Account › Operators. Ask Powerfront to grant Reports Dashboard access. Both roles are required.
Your Month, Currency and scope selections change the dashboard parameters. They do not change INSIDE's standard report definitions.

Limits and good to know
- The embedded session lasts 60 minutes. Reopen the dashboard if its session expires.
- Available sheets depend on the dashboard configured for your website and its services.
- The external dashboard has its own data refresh and calculation rules. Do not assume its figures update at the same time as Service Overview or standard Reports.
- Compare the website, month, currency, channel, subsite and team before comparing results with another report.
- Only one team can be selected at a time.

FAQ and troubleshooting
Why is Reports Dashboard missing?
Check that your account has both required roles and access to the website. Powerfront can check dashboard configuration and reporting enablement.
Why does the page say my access is being processed?
The reporting service is processing updated access. Allow the automatic retry to run and check again after a few minutes. If the message persists, contact Powerfront.
Why can I not compare several teams in one selection?
This release supports one selected team at a time in the embedded dashboard.
Why do its figures differ from Reports?
First align the period and filters. The external dashboard can also use a different refresh schedule or metric definition; ask Powerfront to check the specific chart if a difference remains.
