Past show attendance and activity
Review a past show's attendance, watch time, content interest and discussion, with attendee-level activity and downloads.
What it is
Each past broadcast has a report that brings together attendance and interaction evidence. You can review the audience over time, inspect an attendee's activity and see which content attracted interest. Recording playback has separate post-show measures when that data is available.
Who uses it and why
- Supervisors compare turnout and engagement across broadcasts.
- Operators review attendees' questions, favourite items and follow-up requests.
- Administrators check show results and download evidence for further analysis.
Where to find it
With the Live Shows role, open Settings › Live Shows › Past Shows and choose Report on the relevant broadcast. The list also shows RSVP'd and Attendees counts.
How it works
- Find the broadcast you want to review and open Report.
- Use Summary for Total Unique Attendees, Peak Attendees, Total Likes and Avg. Watch Time (mins), with an attendance and likes timeline.
- Open Attendees for visitor details, Assisted By, Joined, Watch Time, likes and available communication opt-ins. Missing details appear as a dash.
- Expand an attendee row to inspect connection and disconnection events, likes, unlikes and questions.
- Use Showcase, Q & A and Messages to review content interest and discussion. Post-show reporting appears when recording-viewer data is available.
- Choose Download Report in the relevant report. You can also open the RSVP List from an RSVP count and download it.
Average live watch time divides the accumulated viewer watch time by the unique viewer count. The summary displays whole minutes, so a short average can appear as zero.
Configure it
With the Settings role and the required operator permissions, assign reviewers the Live Shows role in Settings › Account › Operators. The report draws on activity collected during the show, so it does not need a separate attendee record to be entered manually.
Registration, show questions, featured content and replay each add their own evidence when you use those features.

Limits and good to know
- RSVP'd counts registration evidence. It is not the same as actual attendance.
- Total Likes counts reaction activity. Unique Likes in Showcase uses attendees' saved item favourites, so these figures can differ.
- Connected time and watch time are separate measures. Treat watch time as INSIDE's recorded viewing activity, rather than proof of attention.
- Live attendance and post-show playback are reported separately. Do not add them together and call the result unique people.
- This report contains attendee contact details where they were collected. Share downloads with the appropriate reviewers.

FAQ and troubleshooting
Why is the RSVP count different from attendance?
A visitor can register without joining. Attendance records participation in the broadcast.
Why do the likes figures differ between Summary and Showcase?
The summary counts likes activity. Showcase counts attendees who retained each item as a favourite, so repeated reactions and unlikes affect the measures differently.
Why are an attendee's email or phone details missing?
The report can only show details collected for that attendee. A dash indicates that the value is unavailable.
Why does average watch time show zero?
The summary displays whole minutes. An average below one minute is displayed as zero minutes.
