Festive floor themes
Show optional seasonal floor decorations and avatar accessories around supported celebrations.
What it is
Festive Themes adds seasonal decorations to the floor and can make themed avatar accessories available. Sales can also use seasonal celebration effects. These are display effects; they do not change purchases or conversation status.
Who uses it and why
- Operators choose whether to see festive decoration in their own floor view.
- Administrators with the Settings and Manager roles choose and save website defaults and which supported seasons are enabled.
Where to find it
Open Settings › Floor › Floor Settings and find Festive Themes. The settings icon beside the website switch opens the individual seasonal choices.
How it works
INSIDE checks the current date and the supported regional rules to choose seasonal decoration. Depending on the season, you may see a festive image, hats, costumes or sales effects.
The individual theme switches allow a season; they do not activate it immediately. Seasonal accessories appear only when the corresponding theme is active.
Your personal Festive Themes choice applies to your floor presentation. The website choice supplies the shared default, and the website's individual seasonal choices determine which of those themes are allowed.
Configure it
To change your own view, change your personal Festive Themes switch in Floor Settings and save.
To change website defaults, use an account with both the Settings and Manager roles. Set the website Festive Themes switch, open its settings icon and choose the seasons to allow. The choices are Xmas, Chinese New Year, Valentine's Day, Halloween, St Patrick's Day, Easter, Olympics and New Years. Save the floor settings after making your changes.
Use your sound settings separately if you want to change audible sale alerts.

Limits and good to know
- Seasonal choices start enabled when no individual seasonal configuration is saved.
- Dates and regional applicability are supplied by INSIDE. This screen does not offer a custom celebration calendar.
- Some regional celebrations do not have a separate switch.
- Login-page seasonal artwork uses separate rules. Turning off floor decorations does not necessarily remove login artwork.
- A seasonal sales animation is a presentation of purchase activity. Use sales information and reports to check the purchase itself.

FAQ and troubleshooting
Why does enabling Xmas not show decorations now?
The switch permits the theme during its supported season. It does not force that season to start.
Why can colleagues see decorations that I cannot?
Check your personal Festive Themes choice. Operators can have different floor preferences.
Why is a seasonal hat missing from My Look?
Seasonal accessories depend on the active theme. They are not all available throughout the year.
Why is the login page still decorated?
Login artwork is separate from the floor's Festive Themes preference.
Can I change a celebration's start and end dates?
The festive settings do not provide date fields. Ask Powerfront about a season that appears at an unexpected time.
